FOBI POUCH

I am new to the boards and want to have the Fobi Pouch. I am looking to have it done out of the U.S. as my insurance won't cover it. Has anyone heard of a Doctor that does that sugery in Mexico or somewher affordable? I want everyone to know that these boards are very interesting and I love reading them. Keep up the good work...
