 sigh, its not my age, it is however the number on teh tape measure around my waist! i HAVE GONE FROM 56 TO 38 IN 1 YEAR!!! I am SOO excited and had to share!!!

 Thank you! i hadnt seen the sclae move in SOO long that I figured I would have to check measurments to see and sure enough! I am keeping it going!
