Chewable Vitamin B1 (thiamin)

I'm four days post-op on my Lap-Band and my doc has prescribed a list of vitamins for me to take daily. I am having problems finding a chewable Vitamin B1 (thiamin) tablet. Does anyone know where to get them? I imagine that if it is on his list that it must exist somewhere. -j-

Have you checked with the local health food store? I have found that if they dont have it in, they can usually order it for me.
