Does anyone know of a website you can go to and type in something like "high protein soft foods" and get a listing?  OR even just "high protein"?  I've been searching all morning with no luck. Thanks

Hope, I do not know of a website that will automatically create this type of listing, but I can try to make it easy for you.  High protein foods are usually of animal origin such as ALL meats, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy products (cottage cheese, lowfat cheese, yogurt).  Plant origin foods that are higher in protein include tofu and peanut butter (careful with peanut butter as it is high in fat, although it is "good fat").   Soft meats should be diced and kept moist with broth or fat-free gravy and cooked using a moist heat method for easier chewing and swallowing (since liquids should not be consumed with meals). Hope that helps!
