I had RNY surgery April 2010, I've now gained 20 lbs, how do I get back on track? any suggestions...I am super serious...I've had several life changing experiences and have been sick, but now I'm at a point where this is getting out of hand, how can I start the process to get back to where I used to be? Please help me,  PLEASE!!!

Start entering foods you eat in a program such as dailyplate.com or fitday.com

Examine what you are eating and how much.

Then aim for a diet of 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fats.  Watch the amount of calories.
1,200-1,400 is usually the norm for weight loss.

Start exercising on a normal routine.  Bump up tha****er.  Watch for those creeping in useless over processed carbs.

Go for a month working your diet and then see what you need to change up :) Good luck!
