Be sure to wear your sunblock if you are going outside for any amount of time, and remember to stay hydrated! Fun tips: Try adding a few mint leaves in your water to feel more relaxed! You can also steep the mint leaves and pour the water and crushed mint leaves in ice cube trays for a powerful relaxing cool drink at a later time!

A great way to stave off hunger in between meals is a fruit protein shake. Frozen fruit (got mine at Walmart) one scoop of vanilla protein shake and 1/2 cup of water. Remember: You need approximately 56% protein in your daily diet.
