Hi all,

I was on a website and they were talking about "slider" proteins.  They mentioned Greek yogurt as a slider.  Uh, what does that mean?

It means that it slides through your stomach and won't give you a feeling of fullness like, say, chicken breast will.

Thanks!  Any other foods that are notorious sliders?

Pretty much everything that isn't dense, which really means anything that isn't a dense protein source.  Lots of people find that all carbs are sliders.  Especially popcorn.

I wouldn't refer to any protien as notorious. Greek yogurt without all the surgery fruit is fantastic for you.
