Meal Plans?

I am busy and a bit lazy when it comes to planning meals.  Is there a resource out there that has meal plans that span a week or more.  I hate trying to decide what I want to eat.  I do much better if I have a list and just follow it rather than trying to make my own meal plans.

I have to get serious about eating right again.  I am about 18 months out from gastric sleeve surgery.  I've done really well.  I lost 106 lbs and had a busy running and triathlon racing schedule this summer.  Now that the off season is here I need to watch what I eat a little closer so that I don't start putting on the pounds I worked so hard to get rid off!

Thanks for any help

Mike

Many of us post our meal plans every day on the VSG forum in the "what are you eating" post.  That might be useful?

I post my meal plans to my blog, but it's just recipes -- http://www.mangeratrois.net/index.php/weekly-meal-plans -- and it might not work for your way of eating or your family.
