Body Fortress Protein from Walmart

Hi all, 

First timer here. I had surgery 2 days ago 8/10/16 and Im basically only drinking water. In hospital I had a few sips here and there. Well just got home today and the protein that I have is Body Fortress Whey Protein from Walmart - Choc/Peanut Butter. This is the protein I used post op as well and I like the taste even after surgery but the container says it has to be drank in 10 minutes - there is no way. Its something I like to sip on here and there because Im still filled with gas. Anyone have experience with this protein and did you really drink it and gulp it down in 10 minutes?

So Happy I found a group were I have something in common. 

There is absolutely no reason you have to drink it that quickly. Take as long as you need.

Hello! I'm 3 weeks post op and was the same way as you. I do however take about an hour to drink my protein shake, it's the premier protein sold at Sam's and Costco. Everyday it will get better and better to drink your liquids a little faster
