Recommended Syrups

What Da Vinci SF syrups do you recommend to purchase to go with Optifast?  Thanks!

you can use your favorite Crystal Light flavor as well - one single pouch maybe too strong - so go with 1/4 pack.   I couldn't find any syrups at all, but found lots of crystal light !!!.

 So when you add the crystal light-let's say half a packet, any flavour would be good. Even with chocolate opti? I'm thinking about getting choc and vanilla and not stickig to just one flavor.

any flavor crystal light goes well with the vanilla.  with the chocolate flavor, you could find cake flavor extracts (get the real stuff and not the imitation)- like root beer, raspberry, spearmint - check out your bulk barn or cake decorating store. 

in the recipe forum there is a list of optifast flavor suggestions/combinations

I like the caramel, french.vanilla, kahlua and raspberry...those are the flavours I have found at winners.

Not sure about flavors but I just wanted to let you know that Starbucks sells their own brand for about $9.99 or so. HomeSense sells the Torani brand, I think I say it for about $11.95

Personally I think the raspberry would be yummy with the chocolate!!

Winner's/Home sense sell them for $6.99.

 For the chocolate opti, I liked either peanut butter or caramel Torani SF syrup. And LOTS of crushed ice.

Love coconut in either chocolate or vanilla OPTIFAST...extract in the baking section of any grocery store
