5 days post op RNY. is it possible to feel hunger?

The past 2 nights at 5:00-6:00 my stomach growls and i *think* i feel physical hunger. has anyone experienced this so soon out?

the tummy talk is normal and is not a signal of physcial hunger.

you are associating your old tummy sounds with hunger and this sound is quite normal and at times can be very loud. 

I have experienced hunger since a few days after my surgery. But it is very easily satisfied :P.
