And..........Goal!!!!!
I remember asking myself what I was going to tell the clinic what my goal weight was when they asked me. I remember thinking that I wanted to be 260, because that was the weight that I was my happiest and most active. I then worried that maybe that they would think that wasn't a good enough number so I compromised with my own negative thought and said 250 when the time came, and they were cool with that number. I also remember the look in all the people's eyes that knew me when I told them 250, it was a look of concern that I was setting myself for another disappointment and awkward silences. Well today I'm 250! On my 4 month follow up visit they wanted me to make my goal 244 so my BMI would be under 30 which is cool because I want 240 anyways so I can get a cool 200 pounds lost.
A HUGE congratulations to you Mike!!
