Good Early Morning Everyone!!!

Hope today is a little cooler today than it was yesterday!  I was sweaty....yuck!  Stayin home during the day today and then off to my sister's to do laundry late afternoon/evening.  Pretty exciting eh!?!?!?   LOL!

B -  Leftover Tomato/Coconut Curried Chicken
S - Ritz Bitz Sandwiches and Dill Pickles
L - More leftovers out of fridge!
S - Roasted Pork loin leftovers from dinner last night
D - Lasagna at my sister's I think!
S - No clue!

Lots of water like always!

good morning!    long day ahead of me, but I've packed a lot of yummy food.  work (7:00 start today) and then a party in the evening.  food should be good there - all local and healthy, probably lots of protein choices.

B - greek yogourt, latte
S - turkey pepperettes, cheese
L - spinach salad w. feta, egg and pine nuts
S - strawberry rhubarb protein crisp
S - protein shake before party
D - ? party nibbles

      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

Morning

Felt great to sleep in a little this morning - 6:15 instead of 5:30 for work out....going to drink coffee and read my paper before a full day of activities

Down 6 pounds since I returned from vacation last Wed....on a roll now

B - protein shake

s - cottage cheese and pineapple

l - pastrami slices and some caprese salad

s - h/b egg

d - veal chop and veg

s - cheese

2 - 3 litres of water and a few cups of coffee

Morning all :)

Seriously working on my water consumption today - totally dehydrated myself yesterday in the heat and it wasn't pretty.

B - coffee with milk x 2, Kashi dark mocha almond bar
S - 1/2 an apple, 21 g cheddar
L - smoked turkey and veggies on a small tortilla wrap
S - other half of apple, a couple of almonds, herbal tea
D - whatever Joe makes as he's off today.  I shall be putting in a request for BBQ'd burgers and spinach salad.

Karen you are making me jealous....I wish I had someone that I could request my fav's from!  Last week when Derek said he was making me dinner cuz I was still so sick...I thought "Oh, how sweet, thanks babe!"  And he proceeded to go grab his phone and order a pizza and wings!  LOL!
