I am so happy BUT!

I am happy i joined the gym yesterday..went out today to get a workout outfit

now just need that kick in the butt to get going..i am hoping to go tomorrow and do the treadmill to build my endurance

I have a very close relationship with my treadmill lol! In all honesty though, it really has helped with my endurance and energy level. You can do it!!! Good for you for taking the initiative to get active! :)

 Start slow and work up! And before you even know it you'll be singing praises to your treadmill!!!

Good for you!  It feels great to be able to exercise.  Just make a commitment to get to the gym; once you get into a routine, you`ll find that you look forward to your time on the treadmill.
