this may have been posted before but i did search.sorry for asking again

are we allowed to take tylenol extended released tablets?
i was thinking no but dint remember and i thought this was the best place to ask :)

As far as I can recall, no extended release tabs at all.  They won't stay in the pouch long enough to be of use (and I think you need the stomach acid that is now in the bottom detached stomach to 'open' them).

Only regular tablets or pills (not coated), split if necessary.  I think Extra-Strength is okay, so long as it's in tablet/pill form.

I use Tylenol Rapid Release. They seem to work the best for me.
