nope I am not through the Assessment center, but from Thunder Bay and had my surgery at St. Mary's in Duluth
things sure have changed in 3 years
I never needed a scope or an ultrasound...all I had was the psych assessment and the sleep study and then the few classes/appointments prior to surgery that I had to travel to in Duluth

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
