Mornin' all! Hope you had a good weekend, even though they're never long enough

Today 213 for a total loss of 65 pounds.
My goals for this week are:
1. Put the scale away until next week.
2. Get in more protein - I'm not getting enough
3. Need to drink more - I'm not getting enough
4. Need to eat on a better schedule - I tend to graze. Plan to have 3 meals & 3 snacks - all planned out.
5. Need to add some benefiber to my diet (for obvious reasons1)
