Well since I recently got under 200lbs I figured it was time I ramped up my exercise.
I have been walking every second day, 3.5km to 5km and feel really good doing it. Not winded or anything!
As a teen I loved cross country running and thought I would like to run again so I downloaded the C25K app.
WOW! what a workout! I was sweating like crazy and could barely breathe but I did it!! Day 1 of week 1 complete!
I CAN DO THIS!!

Hey Nadine since you are going through Guelph also watch at your one month check up (if you haven't already done it) but for the first bit they don't want you sweating. They told me I had to slow down on the treadmill cause I was sweating. Its difficult to get all your water in early out and if your sweating then you will become dehydrated is what they told me.
