well the surgery went well ... it was iffy with my gout but i had to reasure Dr Yelle that i would continue to walk no matte...

how long before - hi everyone and Happy Sunday
well 5 more sleeps until my surgery on the 23rd... so just wondering how long after are we allowed to shower... i know in the material i got it says 4...

got the call - wooooooooooooooohooooooooo i got my date .. looking forward to starting optifast on Dec 2 and surgery with Dr. Yelle on Dec 23rd in ottawa....
