question about calories

please dont get upset for me asking this question i did already know the answer but it slipped my mind.

What is the average daily calorie intake for a person with wls (i am on my 5th month)?

i just started using my firness pal because i been having cravings for carbs lately and want to kick it in the bud now

I don't know if there is actually a specific amount. I think I was eating between 500 - 700 at 5 months. I'm almost a year now and eating approx 1,000/day.

brenda, people aren't going to be upset at you for asking a question like that.

Calorie intake is so individual. I use myplate.com, and have been for quite a few months now. I use their calorie guidelines, i'm at about 1100 a day now. It's dependent on my current weight, and my weight loss goal (2lbs a week).

well, i think you are. lol some people don't even  count calories, just grams of protein and carbs.

I think that's the best way to do it, I wouldn't worry about calories. Set yourself a protein goal to meet everyday, like 80g, and a net carb goal to stay below, like 50g, focus on healthier fats (nuts, eggs, fish) and everything else will fall into place!

I count calories and protein; 1100-1200 calories and 65-80 g protein per day.
