Slow cooker ?

I'm trying to make lamb in a slow cooker. My friend told me to cover meat with broth. It doesn't look right. It looks like it has too much liquid. What should I do?

Thanks,
Alla.

Check out this recipe.  You can NEVER go wrong with garlic and rosemary on your lamb.

I never add liquid before/while the meat cooks. The slow cooker extracts so much liquid already it cooks in that.

If I do use any liquid, it's very little.  Less than a cup would be more than enough.
