I just finished my last optifast shake and got my bag packed for tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I'm down 50lbs(30lbs just on the opti in 3 weeks). We'll see what the scales say at the hospital tomorrow.

I picked up a new pair of running shoes today and can't wait to break em in next week.

I didn't find the optifast too big of a deal but am glad to see it be done at the same time. Can't wait for surgery(how sick is that lol) and to train myself to utiltize my new pouch to its fullest potential.

All the amazing information and support I have absorbed from both here and from my local support group is very much appreciated. Thanks to all, it has prepared me very well and I'm very confident things will go very well.

I'll update when I can asap after surgery.
