That's just the dry mix. You need to add in the other stuff that you added to the dry mix to get the true numbers per muffin.  The bag says it makes 12 so if you got 12 then add in all the extra ingredients and divide by 12 and add those numbers to the ones from the mix and then I'll tell you what I think of them.  LOL

what would you suggest? they cant be too bad tho can they? ..i added greek yogurt instead of sour cream.

I am still learning about this type of stuff when it comes to baking mixes :P

Did you use the egg whites, greek yogurt and no butter or the egg, egg white, butter and greek yogurt?

Okay well then you have to add this to the amount on the back of the package.

Calories 35
Fat 3.3
Carbs 0.3
Protein 1.3

So now your total muffin would be

Calories  77
Fat  4.3
Carbs 7.3
Fibre 3
Protein 3.3

Overall not terrible numbers for once in awhile thing and you are close to goal.

*I assumed you used 0% greek for these numbers so if you used a higher fat content, they'd vary slightly and of course I have no idea which margarine you used but you get the idea*

It takes some getting used to but it's quite easy once you just start doing it.
