LOL Monica..sorry i thought it posted.. this stuff

3 cups skim milk powder
3/4 cup Splenda granular

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and store in an air tight plastic or glass container.

To prepare: Mix 4 Tbl of the mix to every 1 cup of boiling water. Mix well and enjoy!

With the recipe she posted and the stats for the stuff I have at home here is what it is per tbsp.

ETA:  Will be back, it f*cked up the splenda again.  LOL

Here we go finally...damn splenda always wants to use the weight of a cup of sugar instead of the weight of an actual cup of splenda.

This is per tbsp.

I have been making this hot chocolate recipe which Karen provided and the original serving directions are 4 Tbsp per 1 cup boiling water.

Just thought I'd mention it as it changes the per cup stats.

The OP is only using 2 tbsp so that's why I broke it down per tbsp as everyone will be using different amounts.

4 tbsp was way too much for me in 1 cup of water
