Psych, Nurse, Nut appointment

Going to my Psych, Nutritionist and Nurse tomorrow. I was just finishing off my daily food intake form and realized THAT IS A LOT OF FOOD.

For an example Yesterdays feast.....

Morning
3 pieces of toast with peanut butter
1 bagel with cream cheese
2 large coffees (2 cream 1 sugar)

Mid Morning break
Hot dog, 1 coffee (2cream 1 sugar)
1 orange, 1 banana

Lunch
2 tuna sandwiches
1 cup of yogart
1 apple

Mid Afternoon snack
1 meatball sub
1 coffee (2 cream 1 sugar)

Supper
1/2 chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots
1 small chocolate pudding (oh I love me chocolate...)

Nightime snack, bag of popcorn (low fat), 2 litres of crystal lite

I think the trend is Carbs, carbs and more carbs

It is no surprise that what we were eating led us here..... BUT! you are taking the steps to change all this!! It will be a long and sometimes hard road but well worth the journey!!!
You will be better for it!! Good for  you for journaling. It is really an eye opener!

That's awesome, your journalling!!!

You're giong to be amazed at the changes in your diet. The decrease in carbs alone will be incredibly life changing.

Jason, you are way funny.

I just told a friend of mine that I had a large soup from timmy's at lunch and was shocked that it is two cups.  Yes, we eat alot but hey, that is why we are here and doing what we are doing!!!!!!!!!!!  It is kind of exciting and scary at the same time.  I hope your appts go well tomorrow.   

Keep up the journaling!!!!!!!!!!  For me, I need to practice liquid and dry measurements and measuring all together.

I'm going to tweak it for post op!

Morning

1/2 bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter or better yet a 3 ounce chicken breast :)
2 large coffees (2 cream 1 splenda)

Mid Morning break
1 coffee (2cream 1 splenda)
1/2 orange or 1/2 banana

Lunch
1/2 cup tuna salad (no bread)
1/4 cup of yogart


Mid Afternoon snack
1 meatball
1 coffee (2 cream 1 splenda)

Supper
1/2 chicken breast, one bite each of potatoes and carrots

Nightime snack, 
2 litres of crystal lite
1 small sugar free chocolate pudding (oh I love me chocolate...)

LOL, you will appreciate having less of an appetite!
