Where to get chewable Iron and Multi?
I used to order my chewable vitamins from Diet Direct but now the shipping doubles the price of the vitamins. So I was wondering where does everyone else get chewable from? My lab work still shows my iron is extremely low. I was taking my iron seperate I'm going to start taking it with chewable C to help absorb it.

Hi Dawn...I see you're in Niagara Falls...why wouldn't you go across the river to the states?? I get my Centrum Chewables from Walmart in the states, they contain 18mg of iron...I also get my Citrical Petites from there as well. I also buy my Iron from a health food store in Watertown, from Solgar, Gentle Iron...good luck...Patti K.

I get my vitamins from www.bariatricfusion and they have a chewable iron as well that is supposed to be easier to absorb and doesn't cause intestinal upset. I've only just started taking the iron a couple of weeks ago so we'll see how it goes.
