Surgeon visit wed, should get WLS date

I have my second surgeon visit tomorrow with Dr. Huynh. I should get my surgery date and optifast start date. It is becoming very sureal all of a sudden.

Working on optifast will be a real treat....NOT. Don't be surprised if you read about me in the paper going postal on my co-workers over chinese food in the lunch room

Jason, think positive!!! that's your best defense against optifast. I honestly didnt think it was that bad!

My worry is that I get the runs while working and not making it to the bathroom! LOL!!! I work at a reception desk that I cant leave quickly until someone comes covers me
