Good Morning All :)

The earliest time in my life I can remember my weight is when I was 12 years old and was 230 pounds.

This morning I weighed myself and I am 211.7 pounds and my BMI is 29.5, this means.....drum roll pleaseeee.........

On the BMI scale I am overweight. This is a major milestone I have not seen since I was at least 12.

I have never been so proud to be overweight.

Never again to be obese or morbidly obese.

Happy day!!!!

Just needed to share this victory with my OH friends.

Congratulations. Who would of thought we'd be so proud to be overweight. Before you know it you'll be normal but in the meantime enjoy this new milestone!
