Sorry I have not been on for a will, my computer broke. Now I have a brand new computer and lots of stuff to tell you guy s. I met the surgeon on April 17. Everything was great, I'm a go for surgery. Then on the 19 Lana called and ask if I could start opti the next day cause she had the 10 of May open for surgery! I said no problem of course. So I'm on day 6 of opti, not easy but I'm doing fine. I have not put one piece of food in my month and don't inted to. I'm so committed to this its unreal! I do have a severe Case of constipation.

I always wanted to use that little guy ha ha! But even with the constipation, I m so happy to be were I am today! So glad to be back!

Sorry I was not at the meeting. My hunt had just past away from Cancer and I was not good compagnie. How are you doing since you re surgery.

I have had a few bumps along the way, just getting used to my new life.... down a few sizes.....

So sorry to hear about your loss.....
Hope to see you at the next one, but it is probably May 14 and you will be fresh out.... You must be sooooo excited!!!

That's a lot of good news! Congratulations.

As a person who deals with constipation you may want to call and ask for advice on what is best for you to take. It's better to get it under some control before things get bad.

Things have changed eh? wow. I truly admire your positive spirit and determination. It is inspiring to me.
Are you adding benefibre to your Optifast? That was recommended to me for this stage.

Im noe taking sodium docutsate a prescription I had when pregnant with my twins. I when one today will see how it goes! Thanks for the comment it feel nice to be an inspiration to somone, I have so many on this site to! It was not an easy road, but I would not change it for all in the world!
