Please send prayers and positive thoughts Donna's way. She called me this morning and she had run into some complications. She has a lot of blood in her bowels. She's waiting for a CT scan today and she said blood transfusion. She's pretty scared and not sure what is wrong. Anyone else gave these complications after surgery????

I had had bleeding for 3 days post op and was kept in longer. It was scary when I discovered it going to the washroom the first time. They had me prepped and ready for a transfusion but decided to not go that route. I was sent home with very low hemoglobin 80 and put on bed rest. I am still struggling 3 mos later with low iron and fatigue. Some days are good some not.

Hope she rebounds quickly!!!
