30/30 challenge
Well after a couple of weeks of not feeling so hot I posted a one pound gain this morning. I have been pretty lazy over the last couple of weeks so today I started a personal challenge. I am committing myself to doing at least 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. So far today I have done 30 minutes of cardio using my Kinect and I took the kids and the dog to the beach for a long walk. Feels great to be more active again, even after one day.

I am joining you on the 30/30 challenge. I however was just advised that perhaps I need to scale back on the cardio because I am in a small stall.... So I will cut back from an hour a day to 30 mins....

I have been in a major stall for the last 2 months....which coincide with my new exercise regime of 1 hr of cardio 4 times a week.....although my sizes continue to go down, i have only lost 5 lbs since my 3 month followup. I am now 5 months out....shouls i be working at a slower pace to fat burn instead of cardio??
