dude!!

Well lol.

I went to see the dietician today and the behaviourist.

Good news? I passed the behaviourist with no issues ( maybe I am more stable then I thought I was LOL)

But the dietician wanted me back in 2 weeks because she wants me to up my protein intake, everything else is good!

Well here is the **** news: I get to the front to schedule my 2 week follow up- I guess the dietician did not know what her schedule looked like because the best they could give me was Oct 1... DUDE thats six weeks away not 2 lol. Dang!!!

I have my scope on the 28th of sept, then follow up.. i truly hope it doesn't take forever to get to the class and see my surgeon :) fingers crossed for a happy ending by the end of 2012??!

Hopefully the next dietician visit and the scope will be your last. Good luck with both.

Yeah that sucks, the delay....however, I know that you will be compliant and you will breeze through your next appt with the dietician.

 can you take a cancellation? and do you have to see the same dietician or can you see someone else on the team. I had to go back too - ended up taking 4 weeks instead of 2.

I HATE diet-nazis, mine told me to come back in 6 weeks. I went to the counter and said 2 weeks and they gave me an appointment.

They have rotating dieticians at HRRH and she never knew. Why do you have to see her particularly, aren't there others, don't they have the basic info all on computer?

Given you've got to be scoped on the 28th anyway ... it doesn't actually delay you ... but still -- I don't see why they have to delay you - I can learn en route !

Told you you'd have to go back for a follow up.  I think they make everyone go back no matter who the dietician is.

Normally they ask you to come back in four weeks so six weeks isn't bad. 

The scheduling is like that for all appointments.  My 6 week follow up was at 8 weeks. My three month follow up was at 3 1/2 months.

It won't delay you because your follow up from the scope will be after your dietician visit.
