All the info is below.

Many people use this one.  They always quote everything there in 100 grams but most protein powders are used in 30 gram scoops.  The numbers are good on it if you use a scoop at a time like most other low carb high protein powders.

I use this one and it works great for me.  Just for easier reference, it is 4.7 grams of protein per Tbsp.

It is 5.2 grams per tablespoon. We did the experiment.

I don't know what the experiment is, but we actually weighed it out and cross measured it because grams and mLs are not the same and you can't take them as such and we got 4.7 g of protein.

We did the same so I'm not sure why we have two different calculations.  We did this for our support group starting with 100 grams measured at the store and divided accordingly.

Hmmm....not sure.  It's not a big difference, but now I'm going to have to double check because every little bit helps, right?!?

(Did you take out the weight for the bag and twist tie?)

Previous posters have quoted the 5.2 grams too...but I was thinking it seemed low..(I guess I'm overly optimistic) and so yes, we weighed and measured.  We weighed out the 100 grams and then had them double weigh it to be sure at the cashier.  Then we used measured flat tablespoons and then did the math.

Our support group  had a big online thread about it and people were debating about the issue of measurement, weight/density etc.  So that's why my coleader and I decided to do the whole actual counting out...and yes the thread was right :)

Personally, I tried it a few times and found it did not do well in baking or in disolving into my coffee. it never seemed to blend into any cold drinks very well without using the blender.  it stayed lumpy.

maybe it was just the batch I got, but I did try it a few times going back to the bulk barn and buying more a couple months later with no luck.

not sure why it didn't seem to work for me, so I gave up.
