Kingston

So it appears i have been referred to Kingston. It is a bit easier for me, but either that or Ottawa would have been fine.
Does anyone have any idea of wait times in Kingston?
My doctors office has screwed up my referral so badly, I have no idea what the actual referral date would be since the first attempt was in July, and only in September when I threatened to go higher with a complaint did they actually seem to get it.
Just wondering what traditionally the wait times and timelines were like.
Thanks in advance :)

Kingston is quick. My referal was sent last april and i am already going to meet the surgeon in ottawa on the 30th. Just keep in mind that it all depends on your health and tests required.

I had my referral sent in march 2012, orientation June 2012 and am meeting the surgeon in Humber on October 31 - From Kingston you can pick Ottawa or Humber so I chose the shortest wait time. Good luck!!

Hi there,  things haven't been moving as quickly for me.  (See dates in signature below)

I saw my doctor April 19 and asked for the referal ( not sure when they submitted it though! )    I was told to call a few weeks after my sleep study .  Hopefully my surgeon appointments will be booked then.
Hopefully things move quickly for you, it can be frustrating to see others who started at the same time as you move more quickly through the system.  I think it was waiting for the sleep study that slowed me down... oh well...it will be my turn soon enough!
