How do I contact the registry in Windsor?

I have been wondering how I can contact the registry in Windsor to see if they have received the referral that my Drs. receptionist faxed in  Sept. 14.  The receptionist said it was sent to Guelph.  She seems to be quite mixed up and I haven't had much luck when I have talked to her.  I know my Dr. has other patients that she has referred for this surgery.  I'm thinking that the receptionist sent the fax to the address specified on the referral form and just thinks it went to Guelph.  She gave me some phone # to track it but one was out of service, One needed a pin # (I suspect this is a # for Dr. use only), another # was for St. Joe's in Hamilton.  I need help!!!!!

I phoned the registry and they  phoned me back to say that they have my referral.  They said to give it 6 months before I would be notified of an appointment time.  It could be sooner because they are putting people through faster. Thanks to everyone who helped me. I hadn't a clue how to work around this problem.

in the last post that you made, PatXYZ gave you the link, and i told you that you need to make sure that your doctor sends your referral in through that registry, that Twinsplus just gave you as well.

I was through Windsor and you will receive a letter in the mail with your orientation date they dont call you with that. It took them about  2 months from when my Dr. sent it in. Call the registry number to confrim they have your referral

I have just had a phone call and they have my referral.  Now I will wait for my letter to come.
