using pain relieving cream?
i have icy hot and have been having alot of back pain any idea on what i can use?

Icy Hot is fine.  Go for it.

Another alternative is to do ice for 15 minutes, then heat for 15 minutes, and alternate.

yeah sitting too long on a wooden chair. something i couldn't avoid that day

 massage, hot bath in epsom salts and/or accupuncture will likely help as well.
