I have had so many ask me how i lost weight

so i am not all all shy about how i am losing weight and thought i would sure how i decided to have a RNY on face book



I have had several people ask me how I lost my weight, so lets start, in May i was a work, my head hurt, blurry vision and could barely stand. I went to the ER, were the doctor told me that if I didn't get my blood pressure under control I would have a stroke, so on meds i went. They did not help much but then told to consider
Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass Surgery. October 1st i started my liquid diet to get ready for the surgery. October 15th I took back control of my health, now off all my meds and feeling great. I just want to say what a wonderful husband I have as he was by my side every appointment and every meeting ,also all my kids have been great and supportive could not ask for a better family Niki

Great to hear about your success and having such a supportive hubbie!  My wife has been by my side through thick (oy was I large) and thin (can't keep our hands off each other) so I understand!  Congrats!

Thanks you two i could not ask for a better family i just dont want to be shy about it as maybe it will help someone see this may be good for them as well
