This is the 1st year ever that i will not be eating any of the yummy candy or chips i must say i feel good about it starting to like my new body it seems to change everyday

Congrats and keep up the great work. I to will not be eatting yummy chips candy ect.. Opti is my best friend these days lol

The temptation will be there. But it is amazing how feeling good about yourself helps the cravings. Anything left over tonight will be given away tomorrow.

Your doing great. I sure some days your hard than others. My surgery is Nov.14 and at this time optifast is become my friend. Well good luck. Wishing you the best. I have no pic due to I can't get it the right size I've tried every thing. If you could help with this please let me know. Thanks
