Gaining weight...freaking out. Help!
Hi Everyone,
I had surgery in Dec 2008 and hit my goal weight (lost 131lbs) in 10mnths. Since then I have maintained my weight between 150 and 155. In the last few months I have jumped to 168 and it is causing me major anxiety.
I'm just wondering if there are any "diets" that we can follow?....books or something online.
Any help or support would be great.
Thank you!
Good luck! Its never too late to pull it back!!

I plan to convince myself that candy chocolate etc is really gross like it landed in dog pee or something so I won't want to eat it!
can you drink something you like better? Maybe flavored waters?

I didn't eat that stuff for a long time and slowly started trying things and fell back into old habits.
I've had a lot of stress this year and I think i went back to using food for coping which is never good.
I think I also got it in my head that Id be having plastic surgery within the next year and that it would get removed....stupid though, I know...it wasn't something I was conscious of until I started to gain the weight..
I hate all water lol. I just gotta force myself and be more aware of it.
Blah! It never ends! lol
**Check at the bottom of my forum post...it shows a "Mrs Stimpy" wrote this...but it was me! What the heck?!?! lol
Ya, I have gotten into some bad habits. I think you're right. I have to buckle down and do what I use to all the time.
I'm just so frustrated with myself. I have done so well and this scares me.
see sometimes posing the question helps you answer it ALL ON YOUR OWN...
KUDOS to you for recognizing what you need to do...and do nit now, before the holidays or the spiral could continue
