Stall
Most people will tell you to search this site for the '3 Week Stall'. It's quite common!
It seems almost everyone has a stall at some point in their journey. It will pass.
Maybe change up some of the food you are eating and change up the amount of calories you eat day per day - that seems to be the best advice I've read on this site!
But remember - it will pass!!!

You are not doing one thing wrong.... its ok ... completely normal... you body is just adjusting 38 lbs is a lot of weight in such a little amount of time.
Take measurements and pictures... in the times that you are not actively loosing pounds you are loosing inches .... :)
Your doing great! Please try not to worry too much.

I've had quite a few weeks over the last 8 weeks where I haven't lost anything. Then, it's usually followed by a very big loss the week following. Don't worry - the scale will move again very soon!
