Well with the new year apawned us I decided to chalenge my work out a little bit.  Well pround to say that after 25 min of crosse fit on the eleptical I was just fine.  Keept my heart rate at about 145 and a nice even rythem.  I furgot how fun it is to excersise when you are not draging an extra 80 ponds on your body!  So enjoying this new mobility.

That's awesome. i must try the elliptical again. I tend to use what I have at home in the winter even though I do have a membership to a local gym. Their workout room isn't much but I love their pool.

Nice!! And did you notice how much quicker your heart rate dropped when you slowed down? That's my favourite thing to watch now. When I run I check my heart rate at the end....usually around 150, and it drops to about 110 by the time my 2 minutes of walking are up. Before it would stay high for a long time.

Congrats on the moving!!

I know!! When I started working out, I would have to pause my DVD during a higher-intensity section so my heart rate could come back down. I'd walk around for 5-10 minutes trying to get it under control. Now I never pause my DVDs, I can keep up. It is amazing how much quicker your heart rate recovers.

That's awesome! It is wonderful how much easier it is to move when you haven't got all that extra weight strapped to you
