Hi everyone, my surgery is scheduled for March 12th so I started optifast on Tuesday! It tastes good so I'm happy so far. I spent ALL day at HRRH on Tuesday for PATTS and met some great people there from Oshawa, Lindsay and Kingston so here's a "hi" if your reading this. I'm really getting excited now...and a little nervous too. Oh and how much benefibre should I take for it to work, LOL!

Cogratulations!

I'm a little jealous. My surgery is at TEGH on March 11th and this is my 12th day of Opti. I spent 4 hours and 30 minutes at my PATTS at TEGH. I hope you took a book, I needed something to pass the idle stretches.
