No Dough Pizza...

http://www.plainchicken.com/2012/03/wheres-crust-pizza.html

I tried this one and made it with low fat cream cheese instead of full fat, ham, onions, mushrooms, black olives, green & red peppers and low fat cheese.

it turned out great.

patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING.

My 8 year old son loves it and he even gets to help make it and choose toppings which than makes it fun for him

This looks fantastic! I am definitely going to make these. I've noticed that when I mix protein powder into greek yogurt and microwave it, it takes on a bread-like consistency. So I think I will make this with some protein powder added.

Thanks for sharing!

That looks really good! I haven't tried any creative pizza recipes yet but this one looks so easy I think I will give it a go this weekend.

Thanks Melissa Ann, looks awesome.  Will make some this weekend coming!  I'm the protein hound and my wife is gluten free so this will work marvelously!
