thank you to all *****plied to my last post for all your support and encouraging words. I didn't hide out in the hotel room instead I took all your advice and ignored that fat girl inside me. I enjoyed my time at the water park with my sons, running around playing with my 8 yr old, going on all the water slides with my 16 yr old and bring able to keep up with them is the best feeling in the world..... I rocked my swim suit and yet again I must say it feels good to be able to wrap a "normal" size towel all the way around me.
patience let's be realistic here, you won't drop two jean sizes in one day, you won't lose fifty pounds in one month, you're going to binge every now and then, you will go a day or two without working out, your weight is going to fluctuate here and there, you're going to try new techniques and they're not always going to work, you're a human being, you're going to fail from time to time but nothing great is ever accomplished without a few obstacles, JUST KEEP GOING. 
So glad you had a good time with your family. The " fat girl inside you" is definitely only on the inside. You look great. Thanks for sharing your vacation picture.
Gotta say, I am looking forward to the normal towel thing.
