I'm 3.5 weeks out and gained 2 lbs back today:( is this normal? Am i doing something wrong? I use fitness pal and track everything I eat

Welcome to the three week stall! Very common. Nothing to be alarmed about. Just work the program, follow the rules and the weight will start to come off. Look at how much weight you've lost since you have started opti-fast. The inches are catching up with the scale.

Sometimes the best support  you can get isn't all purple puddles and pink rainbows.

2 lbs can be water retention, constipation or any number of things. Relax it will go away

Annoying but its normal. Its a pain in the but but it will pass. Stalls are so common its not funny its something you will get use to. Keep up the great job of folloing your plan and logging. Proud of you .

I have found that if I weigh myself every day there are fluctuations due to all of the things that have been mentioned. Constipation, water retention etc etc . I still weigh myself most days but I only actually count it, once per week. Don't worry about it.
