Opti loss?

Hey folks - am starting opti in 9 days. Although I am in mourning for some foods, I am not really eating "everything" I want just b/c I won't eat it for a long time. Mostly b/c its all of those foods that got me in this mess in the first place and I won't want to gain weight, only to lose it again. So I am being mindful about food and have lost about 10lbs since my first surgeon appt so I am happy with that. I don't think I have any "water" weight right now. So I am not sure about losing a bunch on opti.

So here is my poll for you vets - How much did you lose on Opti over two weeks and were you losing before opti?

Lost 11 pounds on opti and lost another 22 pounds before that

I lost 10lbs before opti and 12 while on opti! Good luck!

I lost about 10 pre-opti, and about 20 while on Opti for two weeks

Starting weight: 334 lbs.Starting opti weight: 323 lbs, Surgery weight 303 lbs.Surgery-May 21st, 2013 with Dr Hagen at HRRH Goal weight 165 lbs reached at 13 months. Current weight 156 lbs
