Good morning Barb,Glad you got some sleep. It is amazing how that can effect us. So my husband works tonight. It is usually Thursday but he changed it up. This is when I eat. Good thing is I am biking home so will have exercise. I am already planning my night to try to ward off the munchies.

b greek yogurt, granola, peach

s almonds

l chili, melba toast, nectarine

s pure protein bar

d left over chicken, lettuce, wrap

s cheese , crackers

Hi there! I am at TWH now waiting to see Dr Cyriac about my heartburn problems. Maybe need a scope? Ulcers? Not sure. Took my 11year old to a grade 7 open house for a tour before I came to the hospital. Busy week! TGIF!

Good afternoon

Almost done my last serving shift at the golf course. I still have a few cleaning shifts here. But it's way too cold to be golfing although some people are still out golfing.
I decided to take today off from the hospital. I just feel like I need to be off today. I miss spending time with my hubby and I need to refocus and take care of me!
Date night with my DH

B- 1 egg, 3 slices bacon
S- protein bar
L- 1/2 toasted turkey club
S-protein shake
D- out with my hubby.. likely will have soup
S-some popcorn.. going to a movie tonight

Getting vitamins and liquids in
Have a good afternoon

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

RNY, 1 Year Post Op,

I'm glad you got some sleep, Barb!  Your dinner sounds wonderful. 

Today I'm working in the head office, then I have book club tonight.  Going to take a break from exercise today as I ran for 40 mins and went to hot yoga last night! 

Here's my eating plan for the day:

B - P28 bread with PB and SF jam, Greek Yogurt with berries and SF syrup

S - Protein Bar

L - Breaded Cod (didn't eat most of the breading),  a spinach salad from the cafeteria, babybell cheese

S - Grapes, pepperettes, cheese

D - Hummus with carrots, Turkey roll-ups, SF pudding with PB

S - At book club so will bring a nice fruit or veg tray and avoid all of the sweets!  I'll also bring my SF rice pudding cup and some decaf tea.

Totals - 1791 calories, 158g carbs, 82g fat, 119g protein
