I use to use the jawbone up as I can plug it in to my phone good for iPhone 4. I was so upset I couldn't be part of the Fitbit crew. Now I upgraded my phone and now it's official I purchased Fitbit flex today. Hoping all my OH friends will add me and encourage me as on myfitnesspal . My user Id is 25J66M.

I panic when I forget to put it on...in fact your thread reminded me - good thing I came to the board before I worked out!
