I'm in the same boat!  Here are some of my favourite healthy snacks:

-  Turkey pepperettes (they also just came out with a chicken pepperette) - high protein and no carbs - a bit high on sodium though so not good if you have any blood pressure issues.

-  Apple with almond butter

- Banana with peanut butter

-  Baby Carrots and Calorie Wise salad dressing (ranch and cesar are my faves), or hummus is a nice dip, too

-  Anderson herbed string cheese (kind of like the kids' cheese strings but for adults and taste much better), or a babybell cheese

-  Sugar Free Chocolate Jello pudding (I often mix peanut butter in here as well) - a bit high carb but nice for the chocolate fix

-  Sugar Free Jello

-  1/2 cup Cottage cheese mixed with cinnamon and 1 packet of splenda and warmed up in the microwave (sometimes I mix it with a Sugar Free jam instead for a change)

-  Pure Protein bar

- Premier Protein drink blended with ice and a SF syrup to make a "milkshake"

-  Any kind of fruit - berries are lower in carbs so I'll often go for these unless I'm really craving something sweet then I'll go for grapes or pineapple

-  Deli meat with a square of Laughing Cow cheese and mustard

I hope this helps!  It's tough to stay on track the further we get out from surgery.

The Armstrong cheese is available at Walmart and Target for sure - in the same section as the Kraft Cheesestrings (the Armstrong is in a Green Package). They are yummy!

What an awesome list! I like to buy things that are quick to grab. You won't grab veggies as a snack if you have to pull them out, wash them and cut them up. You will grab them if they are already prepped or thing that are easy, like baby carrots and grape tomatoes. They come already prepper!

My fave snack these days is a banana with PB about an hour before working out.

I've been struggling with the same problem. So far what's work ... Jello parfaits (sp?) made by layering SF Jello with Source 50 cal Greek vanilla yogurt--filling and delish if you like creamy things. I've also started buying 100cal packs of almonds --keeping the box in the car and taking 2 pakages a day into the house---or else I'll eat them all by the end of the day. Hope these help.

You've been given some great suggestions.  I'll also munch on some almonds and jerkey.

Quick tip reminder:  Have the veggies ready, it's easier to ignore them if you still have to peal and cut them up to snack on.

Enjoy!
