4 month long stall?

Is this a stall or am I done my honeymoon period?

I haven't lost weight and kept it off in like 4+ months and I am only 8 months out.  I am struggling with gaining and losing the same 6 lbs over and over.  I think it is gone and the poof back up to the same weight.

I track what I eat so I am hitting about 1000 calls a day mostly clean food - mostly beef and a little brown rice 70-100g of protein daily.    1-2 litres of water a day.

I am fairly active as well,  I have a 3 year old and we do a nice walk once or twice a day and I usually have to jog to keep up with her on her bicycle - plus yoga once a week.  I am not working yet and haven't been for the past like 5 months since we moved up to the middle of no where.

Do I just need to get into the gym and start weight lifting to lose?  I m a little frustrated since i lost All the past 80 lbs on my torso only so my legs are still tree trunks. impossible to find pants to fit of course.

Thank you for listening.

The last pounds usually come off in the gym.

Well HELLO Ms. Bonnie! How the F are you??? XO

And sorry, I disagree. The gym doesn't take off the last pounds. A calorie deficit takes them off.

Hey Ms Karen :)   How the heck are ya?    :)

If a calorie deficit was the answer, I'd be a rake.  SNORT.

I met my surgeon last Wednesday and he said a minimum of 2 litres of water, give it a try and see if it helps.

Had to remove myself from FB over a year ago due to stalker issues, believe it or not. I miss it for keeping in touch but cherish my privacy (and safety) more.

Glad you are keeping yourself busy. How are the goats doing. :)

Pretty much gone.  I sold them..  2 1/2 years ago?  I have a grand daughter.. love her to bits, so keeps me busy.   Stalkers are brutal, let me know if you make another account, we could use you there.  One group is about 12 thousand, the other almost 3,000.

Good heavens, that is a lot of people. Good for you, Bonnie. How wonderful to have a new granddaughter in the family!

Sad to hear about the goats - they were so freakin cute. ;)
